LGBTQ+ Faces of Bristol

I have started a new ongoing project, which could potentially keep me busy for the next few years. The project is called ‘LGBTQ+ Faces of Bristol’. It is a series of portraits of people living in Bristol (UK) who identify within the LGBTQ+ space. I am really excited to be doing this project as it has opened up a lot of new photography adventures for me. Meeting loads of people and learning how to direct them for portraits is something I don’t usually do.

I started this project because I wanted to focus my photography on something that I am passionate about. Showcasing diversity, empowering minorities and collaborating with like-minded individuals is really important to me, and I want to increase visibility of this community in Bristol that I belong to.

You can find out more about this project on my LGBTQ+ Faces of Bristol website. Here is a peek of some of the photos that are in this series so far.
